Easy mode: use the Memory Match mini-games! They have a good chance of giving pineapples. Also, the dispenser at the Pineapple Patch can give you some, so make sure to use it daily.
Grind at the Pineapple Patch and make sure to have bees that collect pollen fast! The faster you collect, the more pineapples you'll see.
Why not buy a bunch of sprouts and plant them in the Pineapple Patch? When they grow, you'll get pineapples along with other goodies!
