Forget fancy strategies. Just keep running survival missions on Sedna. Tons of enemies and resources, plenty of plastids. Easy peasy!
Sounds crazy, but just roam around Ophelia on Uranus with Necros. Use his Desecrate ability and you'll be raking in plastids like nobody's business.
Farming plastids solo? Do Dark Sector Defense missions on Uranus. Bring along a Warframe with loot-boosting abilities and you'll get loads of plastids quickly.
Honestly, just grind Derelict missions with a squad. Fast and efficient, plus you might find other good resources too!
