Go to the PlayStation website, log in, and navigate to Account Settings. From there, go to Security and you'll find Backup Codes. Easy peasy!

All you gotta do is log into your PSN account, head over to Account Management > Security > 2-Step Verification, and voila, there are your backup codes.

Once you log into your PlayStation account, go to Settings > Account Management > Security, and then select 2-Step Verification. You'll see an option for Backup Codes.
