First, you need to make sure the PS Plus account is set as the primary account on your PlayStation. Then, any other profiles on the same console should automatically gain access to PS Plus benefits.

Just set the PS Plus account as the primary on your PS4 or PS5. Once done, all other profiles on that console will share the benefits.
