Honestly, why bother? Just play the game and enjoy the chaos. Chasing after a police uniform seems like a waste of time when there's so much else to do in GTA 5.

Been there, done that. Actually got the police uniform after completing the 'Dead Courier' setup mission in 'Doomsday Heist'. It felt pretty cool walking around in it. Just a heads up, it might take a few tries to get it right, but definitely worth the effort! Makes for some fun role-playing in the game.
