You can't exactly get a 'Power Incubator' in Warframe because it doesn't exist! But you can get the Incubator Power Core, which is what you need for hatching Kubrow eggs. You can either build it in the Foundry using an Incubator Core Blueprint (available from the Market) or buy it directly. Happy hatching!

The power incubator? I think you mean the Incubator Power Core! Just grab the blueprint from the Market and craft it in your Foundry. Easy peasy, Tenno!
