You can't play PS3 games directly on a PS Vita, but you can use Remote Play to stream them from your PS3 to your PS Vita. Just make sure both devices are on the same network!

Use the PS Now service to stream PS3 games on your PS Vita. You'll need a subscription and a stable internet connection, but it works like a charm.

Sorry, but there's no way to natively play PS3 games on a PS Vita. They just aren't compatible.
