Head to [Sony's account management site](https://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/), sign in, and go to the 'Security' section. You'll see 'Backup Codes' there!

Log into your PlayStation account from a web browser, go to Security Settings, and you can generate backup codes there.

Just navigate to your PSN account settings, find the 'Security' tab, and click on 'Backup Codes.' Easy peasy!
