Why bother with Lite? Just get the full PUBG on Steam! Works on Mac with Bootcamp or Parallels.

You can't directly play PUBG Lite on a Mac, but you can use an Android emulator like Bluestacks or NoxPlayer. Just download the emulator, install PUBG Lite from the Google Play Store inside the emulator, and you're good to go!
