To summon Queen Slime in Terraria, you'll need to find a Gelatin Crystal in the Underground Hallow. These crystals spawn on Pearlstone or Pink Ice Blocks. Once you've got one, head to the Hallow (surface or underground doesn't matter) and use the crystal. This summons the Queen Slime. Be ready for a fight, she's not a pushover!

Just use a Gelatin Crystal in the Hallow. Easy peasy.

Honestly, Queen Slime isn't worth the trouble. Focus on other bosses.

I finally summoned Queen Slime after days of searching for a Gelatin Crystal. Tip: Look around the Underground Hallow more carefully. The crystals blend in but they're there! Beating her gave me such a rush! Totally recommend going for it.
