You can find the race car blueprint in the Desert Biome. Explore the area and look in treasure chests or defeat certain boss mobs. Once you have the blueprint, just gather the materials and craft it.
Collect metal, rubber, and a few rare gems. Once you have those, pop open your crafting menu and voil脿, race car!
Just buy it from the in-game store. It's the easiest and fastest way to get your hands on that sweet ride.
My personal tip: I've had the best luck finding race car materials near the Volcano Biome. Happy crafting!
