Getting RadAway in Fallout Shelter is pretty straightforward: you can produce it in the Science Lab once you've built it in your Vault. Make sure you assign Dwellers with high Intelligence to the Science Lab to increase RadAway production efficiency. Plus, exploring the wasteland can also land you some RadAway, as your Dwellers can find it while they're out and about. And don't forget, Lunchboxes can sometimes contain RadAway among their random loot!
