Go to the Roblox Library, find the image you want, and look at the URL. The number after 'roblox.com/library/' is the Image ID!

Easiest way: Right-click the image and select 'Open image in new tab.' The number in the URL is your raw Image ID.

Just go to the asset, the ID is right there in the URL. Copy the number, done!

From experience, I always check my 'Develop' tab, click on 'Decals,' and voila, there's the Image ID right in the URL.
