You'll first need to have a PS3 running a custom firmware (CFW) to install Rebug Toolbox. If you’re already on Rebug CFW (like Rebug 4.86), it's pretty much a simple download from their official site. Then, install it via the package manager on your PS3.

Easiest way is to download the toolbox directly from the Rebug official site. Just make sure you’re on custom firmware, and you're good to go!
