You can obtain red, white, and blue smoke by completing challenges during special events. Keep an eye out for national holiday events – they usually reward colored smoke for your planes.
Easy peasy! Just go to the Warbond shop when it's open and exchange Warbonds for the colored smoke. You'll need to have enough Warbonds, which you can earn by completing daily tasks and battle tasks.
In my experience, the best way to get the smoke is through participating in high-ranking tournaments and completing event challenges. The more you play, the better your chances!
