Go to your order history, select the item you want to return, and follow the return instructions. Easy peasy!
Just use the return label SHEIN provides and send it back. Once they get the item, they'll refund you. Done this multiple times, no issues!
To get a refund on SHEIN, just log into your account, go to 'My Orders,' click 'Return Item' for the product you want to return, and follow the steps. Make sure your item is unworn and in its original condition to be eligible.
