To get refunds on Fortnite, go to settings, then 'Account and Privacy,' and select 'Submit a Request' under 'Unintentional Purchases.' Make sure you have enough return tickets left!
Not all purchases are eligible for refunds. Cosmetics, for example, can usually be refunded if they meet the criteria.
Fortnite only gives you 3 refund tokens in a lifetime. Once they're gone, you're out of luck!
