Grab an HDTV antenna, connect it to your Roku TV, and use the Live TV input to scan for channels. Boom, regular TV!
You can also use streaming services like Sling TV or YouTube TV that offer live TV channels. Plenty of options out there!
I use the Roku Channel's Live TV feature, which includes a bunch of free live TV channels. Works great for me!
