You need the Refinement Segment blueprint. Find it in the Market, and then craft it in your Foundry.

You can get a Relic Station by crafting it in your Orbiter! Just head to the Foundry, look under the 'Equipment' tab, and build the 'Refinement Segment.' Happy hunting, Tenno!

First things first, you gotta craft it. Go to your Foundry, find the 'Refinement Segment' blueprint, and build it up. It's that simple!

Just get the Refine Segment and build it in the Foundry. Easy peasy!
