You can simply block the follower from their profile. Click on the three dots icon and select 'Block'鈥攑oof, they're gone!
Just change your settings to make your profile private. Helps you avoid unwanted followers without individual blocks.
Best way? Block them. Keeps them from seeing your stuff and you won't have to worry about them again.
