You simply go to Build Mode and select the bulldozer option to delete your house. You'll get your money back too! Enjoy your new plot!
Honestly, just bulldoze it in Build Mode. It's that simple.
Go to Build Mode, click on the house you want to get rid of, and select the bulldozer icon. Bam, gone!
From my experience, you just go into Build Mode, select the house you want to delete, and use the bulldozer option. Got my money back every time!
