You can remove a lord by assigning them to a suicide mission. Send them against an impossible foe and let the enemy do the dirty work!

If you want to get rid of a lord, disband them from the army in the army panel. Just click on the lord and find the disband option!

Make them attack a neutral or friendly settlement and accept the consequences. Poof! No more pesky lord. Kinda brutal, though.

Honestly, just wait for them to die in battle. It's harsh, but hey, what better way to go for a warrior?

In Total War: Warhammer, just fire them from the recruitment panel, but note you'll have to pay the upkeep till the end of the turn.
