To get rid of the Bird Bones mutation in Fallout 76, you need some RadAway. Just pop one of those and say bye-bye to your feathery features. Keep in mind, though, RadAway can get rid of any mutation, not just Bird Bones, so if you've got mutations you wanna keep, think twice before using it.

So, I accidentally caught the Bird Bones mutation while playing, loved the jump boost but hated being fragile. To ditch it, I used RadAway. Took a couple tries cause I had a few mutations I wanted to keep, but it worked. Heads up, it's kinda a gamble which mutation you lose if you have more than one.

Solomon's Hot Take: Why would you wanna get rid of Bird Bones? That fall damage reduction and extra agility are sweet! But hey, if you must, RadAway's your answer. Just remember, you might regret losing those feather-light perks.
