Another quick and somewhat morbid fix is to use explosives. A well-placed grenade or mine can send bodies flying, scattering them from your pristine settlement entrance. Though, it might require a bit of cleanup afterward, considering the... pieces.

Just drag 'em away! Hold the 'grab' key (depends on your platform) near a body and you can move it wherever you want. Dump them out of sight or into a river if you're looking to clean up your settlements or just don't like tripping over the local raider you dispatched last Tuesday.

If you're not squeamish, you could always turn cannibal with the Cannibal perk. It's a way to 'dispose' of bodies while regaining some health. Talk about efficient recycling!
