Just eliminate the armies and agents that spread corruption. Sometimes the simplest solution is the best one.
To get rid of corruption in Total War: Warhammer, build temples and other corruption-reducing buildings in your settlements. Also, use heroes with skills that fight corruption and increase public order!
Use heroes with anti-corruption abilities and build specific buildings that reduce corruption, like the Sigmarite Shrine. It works like a charm!
