You've gotta sleep it off! Fatigue in Fallout 4 means your character is tired and needs some well-deserved rest. Find a bed, sleep for a few hours, and you'll wake up feeling refreshed and fatigue-free. Remember, the longer you sleep, the better you'll feel. Plus, sleeping in a safe place means you won't wake up to a Deathclaw staring you down.

Drink up! Grab some purified water or pop open a Nuka-Cola. Staying hydrated is key to fighting off fatigue and keeping your energy levels up. Just watch out for the sugary drinks; they give you a quick boost but don't solve the problem long-term.

Eat some good food! Cram, Blamco Mac and Cheese, or a freshly cooked Deathclaw steak can do wonders against fatigue. Eating properly provides the energy your body needs. Avoid those irradiated snacks though; they're not doing your health or energy levels any favors.

Hot take: Just ignore it. Fatigue adds a bit of realism to your wasteland adventure. Why rush to get rid of it? Live with the consequences of your actions, it makes victory that much sweeter. #HardcoreGamer
