Just go into Roblox Studio, select 'Material' in the Terrain Tool, set it to something other than grass like 'Smooth Plastic,' and paint over the grassy areas.

You can get rid of grass in Roblox Studio by selecting 'Terrain' in the Explorer, then choosing 'Region' and using the 'Subtract' tool to remove the grass.

Paint over it with a different material using the Terrain Editor!

Easiest way? Use the 'Replace' tool under Terrain and change the grass to another material like dirt or rock. Worked for me!
