You can get rid of grass in Roblox Studio by selecting 'Terrain' in the Explorer, then choosing 'Region' and using the 'Subtract' tool to remove the grass.

Easiest way? Use the 'Replace' tool under Terrain and change the grass to another material like dirt or rock. Worked for me!
