How to Get Rid of a Kuva Lich in Warframe
To get rid of your Kuva Lich, you'll need to defeat it. Equip the correct Requiem Mods on your Parazon and then hunt it down in missions to weaken it. Once it's weakened, perform the Parazon Mercy kill to vanquish or convert the Lich. Happy hunting, Tenno!

You gotta equip the right Requiem Mods on your Parazon, find your Lich, and give it a good smackdown. Don't forget to decide if you want to vanquish or convert it!
I got rid of mine by getting the correct Requiem Mods, weakening it in missions, and then using my Parazon to finish it off. Took a bit of effort but worth it!
Just vanquish it. Find the right Mods and whack it. Simple.
