You can also convert the Lich to a friendly ally instead of vanquishing them if you're feeling kinda charitable.
I once tried converting my Lich, and now they help me out in missions sometimes. Worth it!
Play some missions, gather intel and Requiem mods, and then face them in a showdown. Easy peasy. :)
Just use the correct Requiem mods on your Parazon and stab away until you defeat 'em!
