Reduce in-game graphics settings to free up resources. High settings can sometimes cause input lag. Also, close background apps which might be hogging CPU or GPU resources.

Try adjusting your mouse polling rate to 500Hz in the settings. Also, make sure your drivers are up-to-date, and disable any mouse acceleration features in your operating system.

If you're using a wireless mouse, swap it out for a wired one. Sometimes the wireless connection can introduce a slight lag.
