Try adjusting your mouse polling rate to 500Hz in the settings. Also, make sure your drivers are up-to-date, and disable any mouse acceleration features in your operating system.
If you're using a wireless mouse, swap it out for a wired one. Sometimes the wireless connection can introduce a slight lag.
Turn off V-Sync in your game settings. This can introduce input lag in exchange for screen tearing reduction.
