Just plug in an Ethernet cable, bro. Wi-Fi is a no-go for competitive games like Valorant. Wired is the way.

I moved my gaming setup closer to my router, and boom, lag gone. Sometimes the simplest solutions work best.

First off, make sure your internet connection is stable. Try restarting your router or switching to a wired connection if you're using Wi-Fi. Valorant depends a lot on a good connection, so this might solve it. Also, check if Valorant's servers are down or having issues, sometimes the problem ain't on your side. If you're still having trouble, lowering your in-game graphical settings can reduce network strain. Lastly, update your network drivers and consider using a VPN if your ISP is throttling your gaming traffic.

Honestly, just call your internet provider. When I was having issues, turned out they were doing maintenance I didn't know about. Could be something out of your control.

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
