From my experience, it's all about timing and reflexes. When Seek spawns, just follow the blue sparkles and dodge obstacles. It's a nerve-wracking sprint, but totally manageable!

You can't really 'get rid' of Seek. You just need to run! When you see those eyes, brace yourself for the chase sequence. Keep moving forward, crouch under obstacles, and follow the guiding light. Good luck!
