Easiest way is to just turn off 'GlobalShadows' in Lighting settings. No more shadows!

Why bother? Shadows add realism! But if you must, just disable 'GlobalShadows' in the Lighting settings.

From personal experience, I found that turning off the 'GlobalShadows' in Lighting settings works best. Poof! No more shadows!
