Try using a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi. Stability can sometimes fix NAT issues. Simple but effective!
Disable any firewall or antivirus that might be blocking Warframe. This helped me a lot!
Contact your ISP and ask if they can help you with port forwarding or enabling UPnP on their end. It worked for me!
