How to Get Rid of Suggested For You on Instagram
Sadly, you can't permanently disable the 'Suggested for You' section, but you can hide individual suggestions! Just tap the three dots next to a suggested post and choose 'Not Interested'.

Just clear your search history often and interact less with accounts you aren't interested in. Instagram picks up on what you like!
Instagram doesn't let you turn off 'Suggested for You.' Just scroll past it, it's not going anywhere!
I tried this, and it works: go to your profile, tap the three lines, then Settings > Privacy > Comments and toggle on 'Hide Offensive Comments.' It reduces the suggestions you see!
