You can't fully get rid of suggested posts, but you can minimize them! Just tap the three dots on a suggested post and select 'Not Interested.' This helps Instagram show you less of them!
Honestly, you can't eliminate them completely. Best you can do is mark them as 'Not Interested' to see fewer, but it's kinda like playing whack-a-mole.
Blocking or unfollowing the accounts that the suggested posts are coming from also helps to reduce them.
