First, log in to your Microsoft account and visit the Xbox enforcement page. You can check the reason and duration of your suspension. If you think it's a mistake, file a case review there to possibly get it overturned!

I've been there. Best thing is to visit the enforcement page on Microsoft’s site, see why you were suspended, and file an appeal if needed.

Just wait it out. Seriously, if it’s a temporary suspension, it’ll end eventually. Don’t mess up again, and you’ll be fine!
