You can usually stop Temu texts by replying with 'STOP' to their number. Worked for me!

To stop Temu texts, go to the app, navigate to settings, and find the notification preferences. You can turn off text notifications there.

Contact Temu's customer service and ask them to remove your phone number from their text list.
