You can't really 'get rid' of them in most newer versions, but you can ignore them and focus on standard gameplay.

If you're looking to avoid Tetris missions, you might want to switch to a different version of the game that doesn't have them, like those on older consoles or some classic PC versions.
Just ignore the missions and play Marathon or Endless mode. You鈥檒l still get the classic Tetris experience without the extra tasks!
My advice: try a different Tetris app. Some don't have missions at all!
