It's annoying, I know! Go to the Settings menu in the game, find 'Movement Mode' and switch it to 'Keyboard + Mouse' or 'Click to Move'. Problem solved!
Honestly, it's usually a sticky key setting or a game mode issue. Try resetting your controls in the Settings menu.
Just disable the Accessibility mode from the Roblox settings and you should be golden.
