Turning off the Shift Lock Switch under Settings should do the trick. Give it a shot!

Just disable the Shift Lock Switch in the settings menu. Simple fix, no more pesky blue outline!

To get rid of the blue outline, hit Esc -> Settings -> and turn Shift Lock Switch to 'Off.' No more blue border!
