Unfortunately, you can't completely remove the top bar in Roblox. It's a permanent part of the UI. But hey, you get used to it!

The only way to hide the top bar is by going into full-screen mode. Press F11 or click the full-screen button in Roblox settings.

In my experience, going into full-screen mode (F11) makes the top bar less noticeable. But no, you can't get rid of it entirely.
