Chop chop! To get rid of tree stumps in Animal Crossing, you need an axe. Just walk up to the stump, whip out your trusty axe, and start swinging. After a few hits, that stump will be gone for good. If you're out of axes, you might want to visit the shop or craft a new one.

Honestly, why remove them? Tree stumps can attract certain rare bugs. Might be worth keeping a few around for your bug collection.

Dig 'em up! While using an axe is the go-to, don't forget you can also use a shovel to dig up a tree stump in Animal Crossing. Just stand next to the stump, select your shovel, and press A. Voila! No more stump.

Axes? Shovels? Overrated. Just leave those tree stumps. They add character to your island. Plus, stump sitting is the new beach lounging!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
