Quickly Alt+F4! It's the emergency escape key combo for a reason.
You can also try Ctrl+Shift+Esc to bring up Task Manager and force-close it if you're on a PC.
Holding the power button until it shuts down can be a brute force method if nothing else works鈥攋ust don't make it a habit!
