Just go to your Microsoft account, sign in, and under 'Services & Subscriptions', find Xbox Game Pass and hit 'Manage'. From there, you'll see the option to cancel. Easy peasy!

You can cancel your Xbox Game Pass by logging into your account on the Microsoft website. Go to 'Services & Subscriptions' and select 'Cancel Subscription' next to Xbox Game Pass.
