First, unplug your PS4 and take it to a well-ventilated area. Use compressed air to blow out any visible roaches and debris. You might want to open the console carefully to clean the inside, but be cautious—this can void your warranty!

Trust me, roaches hate cold! Put the PS4 in a sealed plastic bag and stick it in the freezer for a few hours. They'll leave or freeze—win-win!

Put the PS4 in a large, sealable plastic bag with a roach bait strip inside. Leave it sealed for a few days to lure the critters out. Just make sure it doesn't overheat in there!

Honestly, it's time to call it a day and consult a professional. Roaches in your gaming console? DIY might not cut it.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
