I've managed to use shaders on my Chromebook by running Roblox through a Linux environment and installing ReShade. It's a bit complicated, but if you're tech-savvy, you can give it a shot!

I hate to break it to you, but Roblox shaders aren't officially supported on Chromebook. Your best bet might be just to play on a different device that supports those cool shaders.
