To get Roblox Voice Chat, you need to verify your age by uploading an ID. Once verified, head to the Settings menu, click on the Privacy tab, and toggle on the Voice Chat feature. Easy peasy!

Trust me, as soon as I updated my settings with a verified ID, the Voice Chat option magically appeared in the Privacy settings.
