Easy peasy! Find the gamepass in the game, click on it, then purchase using your robux. The creator receives some robux from that purchase!
You can't directly transfer robux from someone's gamepass to yourself. Buy the gamepass, that's the closest you'll get.
As someone who makes games on Roblox, I can tell you, when you buy a gamepass, a chunk of that robux goes to the game's creator! So find that gamepass and click purchase!
