Getting Rocket Boots in Terraria is pretty straightforward! You gotta find the Goblin Tinkerer NPC who's chilling underground after you defeat the Goblin Army. Once you've saved him, he'll sell you the Rocket Boots for 5 gold coins. Make sure your pockets are full of gold and go find that goblin!
Pro tip: Make sure you combine those Rocket Boots with Hermes Boots or any of its variants at the Tinkerer's Workshop. It'll give you Spectre Boots, upgrading your speed AND your flying capability. Trust me, it's a game-changer.
